Pages Panel

The Page Panel is the central hub for managing all pages within your app. From here, you can view and existing pages, create new pages from templates, or start with a blank page. Below are the key features of the Page Panel:

1. Existing Pages

In the Existing Pages section, you can see all the pages you’ve already created for your app. These pages are listed with their names and last modified dates.

Viewing Existing Pages:

  • Browse the list of pages that have already been created.

  • Click on any page name to open and edit the page.

2. New Pages

The New Pages section allows you to create new pages for your app. You can either start with a pre-designed template or create a blank page to customize from scratch.

Creating a New Page:

  • The Page Panel appears when you first navigate to the Page Tab. Open New Pages from the top of the Page Panel.

  • Here you'll see pre-defined templates. Choose from a variety of pre-made templates or click on the Blank Page option to start from scratch.

  • After selecting a template or starting with a blank page, give your new page a name.

  • Once you’ve named the page, click Add new page of type "Your_Page_Type" to finalize it.

Predefined Templates in the Page Panel

The Page Panel in Workmaster offers several predefined templates that help you quickly create pages with common layouts and functionality. These templates provide a foundation for various app needs, saving you time and effort in designing the page from scratch. The available templates are:

  1. Sidepanel.html This template provides a layout with a sidebar, commonly used for navigation or information. It is ideal for apps that require a consistent slide-in sidebar for quick access to different sections.

  2. Blank Page.html The Blank Page template gives you a clean slate with no predefined content or layout. This is perfect if you want full control over the design and wish to build a custom page from the ground up.

  3. Dashboard.html This template is designed for pages that display data visualizations, such as charts and graphs. It’s commonly used for creating dashboards that summarize key data and metrics in an interactive format.

  4. FormDesign.html The FormDesign template is tailored for creating pages that include forms. It comes with a ready-to-use layout for adding fields like text inputs, dropdowns, checkboxes, and buttons, making it perfect for user submissions and data collection.

  5. Frame.html The Frame template is intended for navigation purposes. It acts as a container for other pages, enabling seamless transitions between different screens without a page refresh. This is ideal for multi-page apps where you want the layout to remain consistent while dynamically changing content.

  6. Login.html The Login template provides a basic structure for user authentication. It includes fields for entering a username and password, typically used for apps that require users to log in before accessing the content.
