ChatBot Panel

The Chatbot Panel Widget embeds a fixed, always-visible AI-powered assistant directly within your app layout. Unlike the popup version, it does not use floating behavior or trigger buttons. Instead, it remains anchored within a panel or section of the page, making it ideal for persistent, context-aware support.

• Bot Integration Required: Must be connected to a bot created in the platform’s Bot section to function properly.

• Embedding a support or guidance bot directly within a dashboard or side panel

• Offering a persistent help assistant alongside tasks or workflows

• Creating a conversational UI element that remains accessible throughout a user journey

• Collecting user inputs or triggering actions in context without popup distractions

How to Use:

Step 1: Add the Widget

Click and drag the Chatbot Panel widget onto the desired area of your page.

Step 2: Connect to a Bot

Select and link the bot you created in the Bot Panel. This enables the chatbot to respond to user interactions.
