Text Wrap
The text-wrap property in CSS is used to define how text is handled when it reaches the boundary of its container. It determines whether text continues on one line, wraps onto multiple lines, or preserves whitespace and line breaks.
Text Wrap in Workmaster
The Text Wrap property in Workmaster manages how text flows and displays within a widget. It works similarly to the CSS white-space property, allowing you to control whether text wraps automatically, preserves spacing, or follows custom formatting.
This is a Conditional Value field. Such fields allow you to specify values directly OR use a Formula to specify a value. Conditional values are useful for specifying different values for changing situations, such as varying device types or screen sizes.
Possible Values
Normal
Normal behavior: text automatically wraps to the next line when it reaches the container’s edge.
No Wrap
Text stays on a single line and may overflow its container.
Pre
Preserves all spaces and line breaks exactly as written, without wrapping.
Pre Line
Preserves line breaks but collapses extra spaces; text wraps at container edges.
Pre Wrap
Preserves both spaces and line breaks exactly as written, while also wrapping text when it reaches the edge of the container.
